about Isle
Hi, my love. My name is Isle, and I am a certified Dharma & Soul Coach. I am here to help women come back to their power, sense of self, truth, and embodied womanhood. I’ve been there myself—struggling with worthiness, unable to uphold my boundaries, or even having them, and always wanting to make sure the other person had all of their needs met while neglecting my own. Without even being fully aware of it, I was self-abandoning deeply and didn’t have any connection with my femininity and soft, warm nature. I felt like I always had to put up a shield to protect myself and wanted to control everything around me, because if I could control it, it meant I wouldn’t get hurt again.
After two years of celibacy, I found myself again. I remember my inherent worth and sacredness, and I feel secure in who I am. I am no longer outsourcing my sense of beauty or worth, and I’ve found my overflowing well of self-love within. Not only did I realize it, but I also felt that I am enough as I am.
I’ve come back to myself, my heart, and my truth. The decision to choose myself, to pour into my own cup fully, and to rewire my brain and nervous system has been the best decision I’ve ever made in my life.
Now it is my mission to guide other women back to themselves too. To help women heal and remember their inherent sacredness, worth and truth. To connect them deeper into themselves, and back to their dream self; the woman inside you waiting to be embodied by you.

You can expect 6 weekly sessions with one integration week, and unlimited messaging + voicenotes throughout the 7 weeks for additional support, as well as personalised resources, such as embodiment practices, rituals, meditations and journaling prompts.
You can expect to feel more closely connected to your yin energy; which is your soft, surrendered, being state. This involves your connection to your body, your cycles, and your intuition. You'll have a deeper sense of self, a stronger connection with your authenticity and expression, and a deeper knowing of the core of who you are.
